From industry leader, Vornado, the fan heater oscillates to spread heat through out the room in no time at all. Best used as an enhancement to a heating system, separate use of the fan heater also provides comfort in the fall and spring months during cool mornings and evenings. Small rooms, up to 12 by 12 feet in size, benefit most from the application of the quiet fan heater. The electronic heater features a convex grill format to allow air to flow most ably. The fan's grill and cabinet stay cool as heat emits from the protected non-glowing heat element. I was cautious about ordering this heater after reading the reviews: people either loved it or it was a lemon. Lucky for me, mine works great! The instructions are easy, it is quiet and efficient, and the automatic on-off really works. I am delighted with mine. I couldn't ask for a better space heater.

I got this hoping to cut down on my electric bills. It works, no doubt it works. Why I'm only giving it 3 stars is because it takes a while before it can heat up a room. The larger the room the longer the time. It is completely different from the average ceramic heater that I'm used to.

This space heater is perfect for keeping our upstairs bedroom at the perfect temperature. I am thinking of buying two or three more for the other upstairs bedrooms. It is so quiet...and is light-weight [so easily able to move it to another room if needed].
