The Mario figurines are tiny and perfect for one zip lock bag. I gave these to my son for an eight hour car ride and he was in Mario heaven the whole time! He was able to put each of them on his fingers and his imagination took off :-)
In the past, I have hunted for Mario figurines at Target and Toy's R Us. I was able to find 3" Luigi and Yoshi, Mario took a while to find. I paid $5 for each of them ~ Luigi's head continues to break off because the neck is so thin ~ and my son doesn't like the Mario because he comes on a stand.
With this new set, they is no fear of a neck snapping or losing a limb. The pint size set is also invaluable for the simple fact that each character is represented!!! No hunting on my part ~ simply 11 figures with great details, durability (many baths already and no scuff marks!) and my son's friends each get to "be" a couple characters at once...plenty for sharing. Only complaint would be that Kuppa Trupa and Bullet are not included....but with 11 to chose from, you don't really notice! I would buy this set again for any Mario fan :-)
