I bought two and am very happy with them. They are easy to install and do the job. Only once have I had to slide the guard over to shut the door. Other than that, they stay in place great.

First of all the product is so cheap there is now way it is worth 11.99. I wanted to use it on my back kitchen door that goes to the outside. The strip just falls off when you open the door. What a joke....I want my money back.

Suppose I need to give it 5 stars for functionality. Easy to install, the door swings back and forth simply, air no longer seeps through the bottom of the back door and the product seems to be well made.

We bought the draft dodgers because we live in New England and our front and back doors to the condo have significant space between the frame and the bottom part of the door.
Construction is real basic. What you are paying for is the "creative design". Im wondering if you can have the same kind of effect if you take foam pipe insulation from Home Depot and make a cut down the center of the foam tube and fit it on the bottom of the door. Its probably more snug and wont move around. Will someone try this and tell me how it goes???
The draft dodgers slide around and have to always be repositioned. Im assuming operation would be smoother if the space was smaller betwen the frame and door.
If you want to pay for something like this, then go ahead. There are other, cheaper perhaps more effective ways to do it. But that takes some time and energy.
It does work because we have been noticing the drastic difference between the inside of our condo and the outside hallway.

It works ok. But it gets caught under the door sometimes. It'd work better if there was some way of attaching it to the door.
