Product Description
Ouidad Tress F/X styling lotion locks an inner memory within hair for superior styling hold. Proteins and vitamin B5 give manageability and shine. Wet looks or dry looks can be achieved by varying amount used. Apply to palm of hand and work evenly through moist hair. Set or style hair as usual. Protects hair from blow-dryer heat.

I have tried every product imaginable for curly hair, and this is my favorite. My perfected regimen is this: I use a light leave-in protector (by L'anza) on wet hair and then apply a good amount of the Tress FX over that. My hair dries shiny and bouncy with defined, frizz-free curls (though it does take hours to dry). The product can cause a very slight "crunch" on the surface of the hair as the gel holds each curl in place, but this disappears instantly if you run your hands over the hair once it's dried. I get lots of compliments on my curls with this product.

I thought this product was good. It did define my curls and keep frizz to a minimum. I like it because it doesn't make my hair sticky and it doesn't have any alcohol.
(FYI: Alcohol dries hair out. Many cheap "anti-frizz" products have alcohol in them. It offers short-term hold, but in the long-term it dries out and damages hair!)
Tress FX doesn't work on the "poof" factor as much as I would like, but maybe I just need to apply a lot more of the product, or upgrade to the humidity control product. If this product was under $10, I would have given it 5 stars. $16 plus s/h makes it pretty steep for just 8 ounces!

I have been using Ouidad products for about 2 years now and I can not go without them. I've tried a few other products here and there and can not wait to go back to my Ouidad. Try the Tress FX with the Clear and Gental Shampoo and the Ballancing Rinse. My hair always feels soft and healthy. This product truly helps define my curls with virtually no frizz! I highly recommend it.

I've been using Tress Fx for around five years and its probably the only beauty product that I truly cannot do without. It defines curls very nicely without making hair feel like there's anything there. The curls are soft, bouncy and stay that way. No frizz except in extreme humidity. I won't leave the house without using this wonderful stuff!

This is the first product that really works on my curly hair. After using it for 2 weeks my hair is naturally curly without any frizz.
