The good: This is the only standard wireless keyboard layout on the market. Almost all keyboards have been changed to make use of the triple sized delete key which I hate. I tried using one for several months but my experience was I was deleting more code than inserting. For anyone who is looking for a standard keyboard that is wireless this keyboard will fit the bill. The extra frill keys are ok and I have started to incorporate them into the mix, but not the reason to buy this keyboard.
The keyboard is responsive and does not feel like mush (as many do), the Function keys are normal size not like the little 'a' button on the digital cable box receiver that is now in vogue.
Battery life so far so good - batteries started out good and after about 5 weeks of use still at the same level. Note there is a switch on the top of the keyboard to turn off the keyboard to help preserve the battery life. I have not made use of the feature to date as I want to see how long the batteries will last being up 24/7.
Range - I've been 15 feet or so from the pc without loss of connection.
Now the bad: Numlock, Caps Lock, Scroll lock indicators are a popup graphic on the screen with sound. There are no light indicators which I am sure was a design decision put in place to improve battery life. I've no problem with that however the only one working is the caps lock. I've Called support downloaded all the latest and greatest set point updates, unpaired and repaired the device and the issue is still not corrected.
Technician working with a supervisor stated that they were having the same issue on their test keyboard which they had just installed. They indicated the issue would be escalated to the software engineering developers and I should be notified in about 10 days with a fix. Well two weeks later I receive an email requesting a survey and how happy I was about the fix that they had provided to me. There was no fix, the problem was not solved. I did download the 6.15 (release date 7/20) software upgrade but that did not resolve the problem. So bottom line if you need the indicators, graphic with sound, for your work this keyboard will not work for you unless this issue is resolved. I will update if that does happen.

It's a great keyboard, but there is no driver for OS X users. The keyboard will work on your Mac, but you will not be able to access/assign any of the customizable buttons. Many of the buttons have no default function for OS X, so they do nothing. I've contacted customer support to address the issue, but never got an answer to whether or not a driver was coming in the future. On the plus side, if you run windows through bootcamp on your Mac, the keyboard works flawlessly.

Just what I wanted. Full sized keyboard, well laid out, yet with a slim, trim design that allows me to tuck it away easily when I want that space on my desk for other uses. Keys are nicely curved a bit to the comfort of my fingers, and spaced just right so I am not hitting an adjacent key along with the one I intend. As mentioned by another reviewer, the key stroke is responsive, definitive, more similar to a typewriter, which I appreciate, as I find most free-standing keyboards which have a "softer feel" to be actually be muggy. It was simple to unify with my computer and unifying mouse - just a click or two and your up and running.
Cannot comment on battery life as have not had it that long.

When I was finishing up a new PC build the client needed a keyboard to
go with it, little did I know... I thought he had one handled, so at the very
last minute I looked through the Amazon.com keyboards and read as much as
I could, quickly, and this keyboard's features just jumped out at me over all
the others I was glancing at, and I ordered it via Amazon PRIME and had in in 2 days.
My client had a new Logitech Revolution 5500 BlueTooth Mouse all ready for his
new computer, so we didn't need one of those, but this keyboard fit the bill 100%.
We liked the small, little USB wireless dongle that comes with it, virtually
hiding itself in a back USB slot at the rear of the new computer, and the
connectivity is excellent too....or so he tells me.
My client told me that the "feel and tactile strength" of the keyboard is just
great also, as it seems to have a very short keystroke so that individual letters
are struck correctly, easily and quickly. There are media keys for Windows and
iTunes if you program them accordingly, so for a couple bucks shy of $30 you
get an awfully nice keyboard with all the good things from LogiTech including their
fantastic support, battery life that stretches out for years and
their legendary customer support should there be any issues.
Using LogiTech's software was easy enough, as I installed Setpoint v4.4b ahead of
time so that when he fired up the computer for the 1st time it would already be
there ready to go, and he could fine-tine things to his liking whenever
he was ready to do so.
Overall we rated the new keyboard 5-Stars because it's got excellent quality going
for it, with all of the features from Logitech that makes a difference versus other
offerings, it looks great and works fantastic. In short for a
couple $$'s over $20 you get all the good things a keyboard should offer, and from
Logitech you know that means great customer service, xlnt battery life, good feel and
tactile motion, and Setpoint software is there for guidance should you need it, something
that everybody seems to be familiar with.

I didn't want the other keyboards as the K350 is too busy and then K340 is too squished. Perfect for a living room media center setup. Great response and I have the mouse, too, which also works through the tiny receiver. Also, it's dirt cheap. Gotta love Amazon.
